The Board

The board of directors of ADIL James Paton, Claire MacLeod and Tim Sibley are all founding members of the Company. They have overseen the evolution of the Company since its incorporation in 2006 from a nucleus of 4 people, to the employment of 80+ staff and consultants and the Company's move from serviced offices in Regent Quay to its own premises in Rubislaw Terrace.

James, Claire and Tim have worked together in the industry for many years - their complementary strengths and talents have ensured that the strategic development of the Company has kept pace with the changing face of the energy sector in the North Sea and the challenges faced by both ADIL and its clients. They take pride in leading a business which will always act with transparency and integrity in its relationships with its clients, its suppliers and its people and which has the capability, knowledge and commitment to provide a first class service.
