Operations & Improvement Manager

Chris has 30 years of oilfield experience gained in both the UK and Overseas. He has been an Operations Manager for major international operators, with responsibility for substantial onshore/offshore organisations and facilities including multiple fixed platforms and FPSOs. In these roles Chris has had accountability for safety, oil and gas production, engineering, maintenance, integrity, verification, planning, hydrocarbon accounting, metering and operational commercial agreements. Although he’s spent the majority of his career in Production Operations he also has experience of Projects, Reservoir Engineering, and Supply Chain (upstream and downstream), giving him the advantage of being able to look holistically at existing operations. Chris has a proven track record of improving all aspects of underperforming assets and organisations, identifying and capturing quick wins while putting in place processes for longer term efficiencies.
