Frances is ADIL's Financial Controller with accountability for the financial aspects of both the ADIL Consulting and Infrastructure business streams. A Charted Accountant of 12 years standing, she has worked both in private practice and for a major operator in the Oil and Gas industry. Frances brings a rigorous and commercial approach to all aspects of finance and control - she has significant experience in joint venture management and accounting, joint venture operating agreements and other transport and tie in agreements, purchase to pay systems, commercial support for contract creation, economic analysis and sanctioning of Oil and Gas industry projects.
