Alison's professional background is in Human Resources. She has over 18 years experience in HR, working at a senior level in large companies in a variety of industries, and has also spent time as a training and development specialist. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Alison is also responsible for the management of the ADIL offices.
