Operations Manager, Aberdeen

Responsible for providing senior operations support to clients of the Operations and Improvements business stream. Main duties are the delivery of ADIL's Operations and Improvement work with clients and developing strategy and business plans for growing the existing business. Candidates will have an in-depth understanding of Production Operations on the UKCS – preferably gained through working for an Operator or Duty Holder in a senior operational management position (e.g. OIM)

Development Manager, Aberdeen

Candidates will have the ability to manage delivery of offshore oil and gas developments either in pre-sanction or execution phases through to first production. Responsible for overall co-ordination of subsurface, drilling, commercial, HSEQ, subsea and topsides facilities engineering aspects of developments. The ability to communicate effectively with JV partners, DECC and other stakeholders, is a crucial part of this role.

Project HSE Lead, Aberdeen

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of both ADIL and Clients HSE expectations throughout all project phases on a large multi-year Greenfield project due for sanction in 2012. Candidates should have well proven and competent levels of HSEQ theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Experience of offshore developments is preferred and working knowledge of UK statutory requirements is advantageous. FPSO experience is preferable but not essential.

Technical Safety Engineer, Aberdeen

This vacancy is on a large multi-year Greenfield project due for sanction in 2012. The role is primarily an advisor to, and focal point for both Corporate and allocated project teams to ensure a thorough consideration of Technical Safety aspects throughout the Project design, engineering and delivery phases. FPSO experience is preferable but not essential.

QA Advisor, Fife

Effectively manage corporate and project quality assurance and control requirements. Responsible for preparing and maintaining project specific quality documentation (Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan). Undertake project quality audits to measure project compliance with management system & client requirements and assess the effectiveness and value of established business processes.

Senior Project Appraisal/Development Engineer, Aberdeen

Responsible for identifying and evaluating oil and gas development options, primarily but not exclusively for North Sea clients.  Candidates will have significant experience of appraisal and conceptual engineering for typical North Sea platform, floating installation and subsea developments.

Subsea Project Engineer, Aberdeen

We are currently recruiting for a Subsea Project Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an oil export, off loading system (OLS) for a field development project and to provide subsea engineering support to the wider project installation workscope.

Process Engineer x 2, Aberdeen

Responsible for delivering process engineering assurance for oil and gas development projects, primarily but not exclusively for North Sea clients. Provide process engineering input to support front end development work and contractor management of process engineering and flow assurance scopes. Previous experience of Conceptual, FEED and detailed engineering for typical north sea platform, floating installation and subsea developments required. Responsible for providing process engineering input to  operational issues .Input and leadership as required to operating efficiency studies, and facility potential/design. Previous experience of operational support and engineering for a typical north sea platform, floating installation and subsea developments , preparation of study reports , supervision and management of contractors and liaison with client and/or government/regulatory bodies

Instrument Controls/Telecoms Engineer (Design office, site then offshore)

Responsible for providing expertise to ensure the project team deliver a fully remote operated NPMI facility. Assure technical integrity of the discipline output of the project & contractors  and provide direction and guidance to the project team & contractors in technical related issues. Preferred candidate should have extensive commissioning experience rather than design background and be conversant with the emerson delta V ICSS management system.

Senior Document Controller, Aberdeen

The successful candidate will take a leadership role with a mid- size north sea operator in  the implementation & maintenance of an effective project EDMS (SharePoint based) involving all interfaces with multiple Contractors & work sites. Maintain a comprehensive Document Control System as required for project purposes and provide support to the ADIL functional department. The candidate should have wide-ranging experience of project document control (EPC & FEED) at a senior level with major operators and contractors.
