Project Controls - Cost, Aberdeen
Responsible for implementing and delivering project management support activities to ensure effective cost estimating and cost control and reporting. Candidates should be familiar with Excel and preferably have experience of cost management systems.
Accountant, Aberdeen
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts with full commentary analysis presented to the business leads. The successful candidate will be ACCA/CIMA/ICAS qualified and previous experience in similar environment would be desirable.
Operations Manager, Aberdeen
Responsible for providing senior operations support to clients of the Operations and Improvements business stream. Main duties are the delivery of ADIL's Operations and Improvement work with clients and developing strategy and business plans for growing the existing business. Candidates will have an in-depth understanding of Production Operations on the UKCS – preferably gained through working for an Operator or Duty Holder in a senior operational management position (e.g. OIM)
General Manager, London
This role is to establish a staffed London working office for ADIL. A key aspect of this role will be to acquire new business for the London and Aberdeen offices. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overall co-ordination of all aspects of oil and gas developments for London and international clients, either in pre-sanction or execution phases. The role is London based, with regular attendance at the Aberdeen Office. A combination of business development and development management experience is desirable, ideally gained in an oil company environment. International exposure an advantage.
Development Manager, Aberdeen
Candidates will have the ability to manage delivery of offshore oil and gas developments either in pre-sanction or execution phases through to first production. Responsible for overall co-ordination of subsurface, drilling, commercial, HSEQ, subsea and topsides facilities engineering aspects of developments.
Senior HSE Advisors, Aberdeen
Responsible for the provision of proactive HSE advice and support to ensure HSE Statutory compliance. Opportunities are currently available in either a corporate position with project team interfaces or alternatively as a member of the integrated project management team. Candidates should have well proven and competent levels of HSEQ theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Experience of offshore developments is preferred and working knowledge of UK statutory requirements is advantageous.
Site HSE Manager, Project Worksite
This role is to adequately manage the Site Based HSE Team to ensure that Project HSE aims, goals and objectives are met. Candidates should have a minimum 5 years in a site based fabrication/construction role and experience of offshore project construction/fabrication HSE issues is preferred.
QA Advisor, Aberdeen
Effectively manage project quality control requirements. Responsible for preparing and maintaining project specific quality documentation (Project Quality Plan, Activity Control Plan). Undertake project quality audits to measure project compliance with management system & client requirements and assess the effectiveness and value of established business processes.
Technical Safety Engineer, Aberdeen or London
This role is primarily an advisor to, and focal point for both Corporate and allocated project teams to ensure a thorough consideration of Technical Safety aspects throughout the Project design, engineering and delivery phases.
Senior Project Appraisal/Development Engineer, Aberdeen
Responsible for identifying and evaluating oil and gas development options, primarily but not exclusively for North Sea clients. Candidates will have significant experience of appraisal and conceptual engineering for typical North Sea platform, floating installation and subsea developments.
Construction Manager (1 x UK based and 1 x Overseas based)
Responsible for execution of construction and fabrication activities in accordance with the contract and other requirements related to quality, safety, health, environment and project schedule. Candidates will have extensive construction experience in a similar role.
Subsea Project Manager, Aberdeen
Delivery of subsea projects as part of an integrated oil and gas development to agreed cost and schedule. Demonstrable experience in a Project Management position within the Subsea or Offshore environment is essential. The preferred candidate will have experience of taking a North Sea development from concept all the way through to first oil/gas.
Subsea Project Engineers, Aberdeen
Ability to take a project from conceptual design through to start up of operations and managing work to specification, budget and schedule. Candidates will have project engineer/leadership and execution experience from previous subsea projects.
Senior Document Controller, Aberdeen
Responsibility for maintaining a comprehensive Document Control System as required for project purposes and also providing support to the ADIL functional department. The successful candidate will be responsible for receipting, logging and distributing project information and attending Project Team meetings and Project Kick Off Meetings. Previous experience of project document control at a senior level is essential.
Project Services Manager (Project Specific), Aberdeen
Lead and manage development of all project services requirements for a specified project. To include Integrated Schedules, Cost Estimates, Budgets/Expenditure Tracking, the management of Contracts and DCC. Overseas travel is a key aspect of this role.
Contracts Engineer-Subsea, Aberdeen
Candidates will have experience in subsea contracts and tenders including good understanding of LOGIC terms and conditions and have experience in negotiating and executing subsea EPIC contracts. They must be able to use own initiative and work in Clients’ offices when required.
