Contracting Strategies and Procedures

For clients who wish to develop or maintain a lean and effective organisation ADIL can, as a standalone exercise, develop contract strategies and tender exercises to add value to strategic, development and operational services. We can carry out contract reviews covering a function, geographic area or asset and identify synergies with other operators to minimise costs. An added advantage is the support and input from ADIL’s experienced operations and development personnel which add value and leverage throughout the whole process.
