Peer Reviews
ADIL can provide a multi-disciplinary team to review a project at any stage:
- to carry out due diligence on an acquisition (for more detail see the section on A & D Support and Opportunity Screening)
- at appraisal
- at concept selection
- prior to sanction
- operational readiness
- for lessons learned after completion
Typically the peer review team will be headed by one of our senior project managers and will use ADIL's own proven processes to carry out the review.
Any development review can also include expertise from our Operations Management team to review the stewardship of the field / facility for the correct balance of HSE, production and cost factors.
