Delivering Offshore Developments

ADIL provides the project management services required for delivery of a wide range of developments, safely, on time, and within budget. Our experienced personnel coordinate all elements of a project to ensure the seamless integration of the subsurface, drilling, facilities, HSE, cost, planning, regulatory and commercial activities by means of our in-house Development Delivery Process. We have managed developments from the earliest stages of appraisal through to first production and production operations.

Typically headed by a senior project manager our project teams take full responsibility for delivery of all aspects of a development from conceptual engineering design through to commissioning and handover, including the interface and coordination of drilling and topside modifications. This includes the management of contractor teams, equipment manufacturers and client contracts.

ADIL's capability has been demonstrated by the successful delivery of two fast track field development projects from appraisal to start up, and we are currently managing six other projects at various stages in the development cycle.

Our project teams are supported by the full breadth of the other in-house ADIL resources which include supply chain management, project services, operations and HSEQ. They also enjoy the benefit of working with established and proven management systems which are integrated across the company to ensure an efficient and reliable service.
