A & D Support and Opportunity Screening

ADIL offers an opportunity screening and evaluation service which harnesses our extensive knowledge and experience in project ranking, asset acquisition and divestment, and our collective practical knowledge of asset development, infrastructure and operations in the North Sea.

We provide a full range of integrated in-house project screening services including subsea, topsides, operations, abandonment, HSEQ, economics, commercial and legal. We believe that this service is invaluable in enabling a company to identify strategic opportunities and focus on value adding decisions.

We can carry out a systematic and rigorous analysis of threats and opportunities with regard to the development and/or operations of individual assets or a strategic area. The service can include screening of potential acquisition targets (with regard to development opportunities and producing assets), within field and near field opportunities, and regional development and infrastructure opportunities.

This is a bespoke service which can complement a client’s in-house screening process by offering a range of services from individual technical, economic, commercial and legal support, through to provision of an integrated ADIL team.
