Development Management Services

The early stages of a development have the greatest influence on project value. All of ADIL's key personnel have worked within oil companies and many have been involved in creating and evaluating various development options.

We will work across all of the viable development options, from manned and unmanned fixed installations to subsea infrastructure and floating solutions. We bring our professional skills and comprehensive knowledge of facilities, infrastructure, metocean criteria and regulatory requirements to identify and mature the optimal development solution in a holistic and value adding environment.

The service can be extended to support an oil and gas company in its capacity as a co-venturer. ADIL personnel have extensive knowledge and firsthand experience in coordinating and participating in a co-venture capacity in operating, technical and commercial committees. This allows a co-venturer to leverage our experience and expertise to gain its desired outcome in a constructive and participatory manner.
